These tags are completely hand made so the processing time is 7 days. I do aim to ship them out sooner but that is the maxiumum time they will take!

Due to these products being completely handmade and unique to your pet, I am unable to accept refunds or returns on these products.

These tags are NOT indestructible and it is your responsibility to determine if the tag is suitable for your pet. They are NOT toys and are purely pet accessories. These tags are durability tested but are not meant for chewing or rough-housing. Avoid the tag hanging too low to prevent your pet from chewing it. I do NOT take any responsibility for any wear and tear damage or breakages. These tags are 100% hand made and may contain slight imperfections and design variations, which means each and every tag is unique to you! I always try hard to prevent these and make every one as perfect as i can, so please be aware before purchasing. Resin is a hard material to work with and air bubbles may form in the process of making the tags, but they do not effect the use of the tag itself. Please always remember to remove all tags and collars before putting your pet in a crate.I will NOT be responsible for any spelling mistakes or visibility of colour choices
